Business Excellence Specialist

1. Project management: Take ownership of the project & drive it upto completion by taking charge independently

2. Attitude to work cross functionally: Understand departmental  SOP's & functions, collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders for project execution & ensure smooth handover to the respective departments

3. Skill set: Good communication & inter-personal skills, analytical skills,  result oriented approach in driving the projects, business mindset, proficient in MS office, multi-tasking - priorities task & manage workload

4. Education: MBA from a good business school or project management certification

5. Past experience: Retail segment or fmcg/ pharma company preferred 

6. Directors office (executive assistant): Efficient time management of directors - setting up meetings with internal & external stakeholders, circulating MOMs to the stakeholders & following up on key actionable. Management & execution of projects ideated by the directors. Collate data & prepare presentations for board of directors & committee meetings.
