Chemist / Sr. Chemist - R&D (API)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct organic synthesis experiments to develop and optimize routes for API synthesis.
• Design and execute experiments to scale-up synthesis processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process development, analytical chemistry, and manufacturing to support project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with relevant scientific literature and contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through patent filings and publications.
