Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Manger काम करते है। पर जब पैसा बडाने की बात आती है तो 4 लोगो के ही बड़े है। जो कि fixed है। हर साल हम company मे दिन भर काम करते है extra भी ।मन नही है तब भी। कम से कम भोजन सही मिले। पर saurav chemicals ltd मे भोजन ऐसा मिलता है कि जानवर भी ना खाये। ओर bachelor हो तो company का भोजन करना ही पडेगा।
