We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role focused on new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication. This position is ideal for individuals who are just starting their careers in sales or have up to 1 year of experience. We are particularly interested in candidates with agricultural or BFSI sector backgrounds. Experience in startups is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and direct mail, to engage busy prospects effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, and corporates, to support the growth and scaling of technical solutions.
Stay informed about market dynamics and adapt product offerings based on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Assist in establishing best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate critical decision-making.
Required Experience/Skills
Nice to Have expertise in using CRM, sales tools, and social media.
The candidate must know about sales.
Confident enough to deal with customers face to face.
The candidate must be a self-starter and proactive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and respective local languages.

Ability to prepare and present proposals and sales reports.
Experience or interest in the Agri-tech/BFSI industry is a plus.
