Teacher Post in Engineering Department

Responsibilities:

Teaching:

Develop and deliver undergraduate AND/OR post graduate courses in Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related areas.

Employ effective pedagogical methods to engage students and foster critical thinking. Contribute to curriculum development and updates to reflect industry trends.

Research:

Conduct independent and collaborative research in Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or in a relevant field.

Publish research findings in reputable conferences and journals.

Pursue external funding opportunities to support research initiatives.

Mentor students in research projects and encourage their participation in academic conferences.

Advising:

Provide academic and career advising to students. Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Service:

Participate in departmental and university committees.

Contribute to outreach activities, community engagement, and professional development programs.

Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the department's connections with the technology sector.

Professional Development:

Stay abreast of advancements in Engineering and related fields.

Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching and research skills.
