We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in 4G/5G Packet Core technology, particularly with Nokia solutions, to lead our core network build-out projects.About The Role ::Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of 4G/5G core network projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Oversee the integration and configuration of 5G Core functions including PCF (Policy Control Function), AUSF (Authentication Server Function), and CSCF (Call Session Control Function).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in Nokia 4G/5G Packet Core technology.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in managing 4G/5G core network projects.

In-depth knowledge of 4G/5G Packet Core technologies, including PCF, AUSF, CSCF, and other 5G Core functions.

Proven experience with Nokia 4G/5G Packet Core solutions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
