Employment Type:Full-Time. Experience Level:3-5 years. Job Summary. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst with experience or knowledge in ATM processes to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring technical solutions align with business requirements. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation of IT projects, particularly in areas related to ATM systems, processes, and functionalities.
  • Key Responsibilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT systems, with a focus on ATM-related processes.
  • Partner with the IT team to design, develop, and implement solutions for ATM functionalities, including cash withdrawal, deposit, reconciliation, and monitoring.
  • Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements or technology enhancements for ATM operations.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project objectives.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories related to ATM systems.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for ATM systems to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including training and issue resolution.
  • Required Skills And Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of ATM processes, including cash management, transaction processing, and monitoring systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of database systems, APIs, and technical architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications. Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
  • Familiarity with ATM switch systems, EMV standards, or PCI DSS compliance.
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and ATM monitoring tools
