Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter Non-IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading facility management company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles, including technical, operational, and administrative positions, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes tailored to non-IT roles in the facility management industry.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles such as housekeeping, maintenance staff, technicians, supervisors, and support roles.

2. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates.

3. Screening and Selection

  • Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure cultural fit with the organization.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, assessments, and follow-ups with hiring managers.
  • Manage the selection process, including salary negotiations and offer roll-outs.

4. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for candidate evaluation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

5. Talent Branding and Engagement

  • Promote the companys employer brand through networking events, career fairs, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate experience and retention.

Key Requirements


1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably within the facility management, construction, or service industries.

2. Technical Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques for non-IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

4. Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of the facility management sector and its unique talent requirements.
  • Familiarity with roles like technicians, supervisors, facility managers, and operational staff.
