Role Overview

The Content Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across multiple digital platforms to strengthen brand positioning, enhance sales training, and support marketing initiatives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure impactful and engaging content creation.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Social Media Content Development

  • Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Align social media content with brand voice and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor trends and optimize content for higher engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors for multimedia posts.

2. Sales Module Development (200 Hours)

  • Work with a training consultant to develop a comprehensive 200-hour Sales Training Module.
  • Research and structure course content, including case studies, assessments, and practical exercises.
  • Ensure the training material is interactive, well-structured, and in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with trainers to create supporting learning materials.

3. Email Marketing Content

  • Develop compelling email copies for lead nurturing, promotions, and newsletters.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email sequencing.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and business objectives.

4. Brand Positioning Content

  • Craft messaging and narratives that strengthen brand identity.
  • Develop thought leadership articles, blog posts, and web content.
  • Ensure brand communication consistency across all touchpoints.

5. Video Content Development

  • Write scripts for educational and promotional videos.
  • Work closely with the video production team for high-quality output.
  • Develop storyboards and research industry trends for video engagement.

6. Personal Branding for Directors

  • Develop strategic content to enhance the personal brand of directors.
  • Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for thought leadership content.
  • Create engaging posts, articles, and insights that align with leadership positioning.

7. Real Estate Product Content

  • Develop content specifically tailored for real estate products and marketing.
  • Create brochures, landing page copy, and promotional materials.
  • Work on customer-focused messaging to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in engagement and reach on social media platforms.
  • Completion and effectiveness of the 200-hour Sales Training Module.
  • Conversion rate improvement Through email marketing.
  • Quality and consistency in brand communication.
  • Video content reach and audience engagement.
  • Increased visibility and engagement for directors personal branding.
  • Impact of real estate content on lead generation and sales.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in social media content strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, trainers, and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of email marketing and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with video scripting and production processes.
  • Experience in real estate content creation (preferred but not mandatory).
