Position: Head of Marketplace - Operations & Strategy

Company: Tech Platform focused on Fintech and on ground commerce for rooftop solar

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Place of Posting: Mumbai

Our client is building a Fintech platform for CleanTech. The platform innovatively addresses the key points of friction hindering the adoption of rooftop solar through a (a) digital lending platform with India's only dedicated solar finance NBFC combined with an (b) online B2B marketplace and (c) a tech enabled asset quality management system. Both, the B2B marketplace and the digital lending platform are ably supported by the on-ground execution and delivery teams.

As the Head of Marketplace, the incumbent will be at the helm of driving both the operational efficiency and strategic growth of the B2B marketplace vertical. The incumbent will oversee, end-to-end operations while also formulating and executing strategies to expand our market presence, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience. This role demands a vision, clarity and experience of creating and scaling a B2B marketplace.

We are looking for a high-quality resource with and experience of 8+ years in building and scaling up a B2B digital marketplace.
