Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and facilitating employee skill development.

Policy Development: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Legal Compliance: Ensuring HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

Administration:

Facility Management: Overseeing office facilities, maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Travel and Logistics: Managing travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics for employees.

Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and service providers, including procurement.
