Managing vendor relationships and service level agreements

Providing technical support to end-users

Managing IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets business requirements

Knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and software applications
