Intern - Customer Engagement & Google Reviews

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive intern who can effectively interact with customers at our store and encourage them to share their experiences through Google reviews. This role is ideal for Students, graduates, or individuals looking to gain experience in customer engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stand outside the store during working hours and engage with customers who have purchased medicines.
• Politely inquire about their experience and ask if they are willing to leave a Google review.
• Provide assistance in writing and posting the review, if required.
• Distribute pamphlets to inform customers about Singhla Medicos and encourage reviews.
• Achieve a daily target of 6 Google reviews; earn an additional ₹25 for each review beyond the daily target.

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (as per schedule).
• A chair will be provided for seating during non-busy hours.

Stipend:
₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month (depending on performance).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Current Students or graduates looking for experience in customer communication and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a polite demeanor.
