Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to Join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, experience in managing civil engineering projects, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is done according to the projects plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure effective collaboration and smooth execution of the project.
• Monitor the progress of construction and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site.
• Conduct site assessments to ensure the feasibility of designs and resolve any logistical or structural challenges.
• Maintain detailed site reports and records of construction activities, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure that quality control measures are followed and that construction materials meet the necessary standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, schedules, and project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Review and approve the work of subcontractors and contractors.
• Monitor and manage costs to ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budget.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
