Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Planning of Materials, Procurement of Materials, Development of New vendors.
• Purchase of Raw Material and BOM Parts
• Prepare purchase orders and interact with suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintaining Vendor Database.
• Detailed Knowledge of Procurement, Vendor Development
• Handling New Vendor uploads in ERP
• Expedite execution of Purchase Orders and ensures timely delivery, including support of logistic activities
• Support supplier related Quality, Change and Claims Management.
• Understanding the technical requirements by the planning team.
• Preparing the RFQs for the requirements with planning team.
• Inviting the quotations from established & good sources for the requirements.
• Techno-Commercial discussions & negotiations with the vendors.
• Ensuring the timely payments to the vendors as per the Purchase Order terms.
• Check Import Shipment documents as per our contract and co-ordinate with our CHA.
• Assisting SCM in day-to-day activity

Preferred candidate profile

Experience 2-4 Years

Qualification: BCOM / B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Work Experience: Experience in consumer durable Manufacturing unit will be preferable

Job Location: Changodar – Transportation Facility is not available

Sal: 25000 – 30000 PM
