Purchase Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• eveloping strategies: Create and execute purchasing strategies to ensure a consistent inventory and align with the organization's goals
• Managing vendors: Research vendors, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with them /Rate negotiation
• Tracking metrics: Monitor inventory and track metrics to reduce expenses
• Forecasting trends: Anticipate market trends
• Mitigating risk: Identify and manage risks in the supply chain
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Communicate procurement strategies and requirements to internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Managing teams: Motivate and manage teams of procurement professionals
• Delegating tasks: Provide guidance and direction to team members
• Determining delivery timing: Decide the quantity and timing of deliveries
• Coordinate with production/ Coordinate with accounts department
• PO processing / ERP software handling/Debtors & Creditors maintenance/Credit notes
  

Preferred candidate profile :

• B.com Graduate
• Skill: Purchase,ERP, rate negotiation, stock maintenance
• Hands on experience of minimum 2 Years in Purchase work
