Responsibilities

Production Management:
Oversee daily production activities and ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
Implement and improve production processes to optimize efficiency.
Manage production schedules and resource allocation.
Address production issues and implement corrective actions.
Inventory Control:
Manage raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress inventory.
Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications.
Address quality issues and develop solutions for improvement.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and maintain production-related documents (proforma invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, purchase orders).
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (manufacturing licenses, environmental regulations, etc.).
Facilitate document verification for balance sheet preparation.
Compile Manufacturing Bill of Materials Reports (BMR) and other necessary production data.
