Raw Material Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Raw Materials Manager for our paint plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage, procurement, and issuance of chemicals within the raw materials store. This crucial role ensures the seamless flow of materials to support our plant operations.

Responsibilities:

1. *Chemicals Storage Management:*

- Safely and efficiently manage the storage of various chemicals used in the paint manufacturing process.

- Implement and uphold proper labeling, handling, and storage procedures to ensure a secure and organized environment.

2. *Procurement:*

- Collaborate with procurement teams to source quality raw materials needed for paint production.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels, anticipating demand and coordinating with suppliers to avoid shortages.

3. *Material Issuance:*

- Efficiently handle the issuance of raw materials to the plant, ensuring timely availability for production schedules.

- Keep detailed records of material transactions, including quantities issued and received.

4. *Quality Control:*

- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that all materials meet specified standards and comply with safety regulations.

- Conduct periodic checks on stored materials to assess quality and identify any potential issues.

5. *Documentation:*

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all transactions, including invoices, delivery notes, and material safety data sheets.

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and any deviations from established procedures.

6. *Safety Compliance:*
