Job Overview:

We are looking for an Executive -Renewal / Collection Call to manage overdue payments and customer renewals. The role involves making collection calls, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement agreements.
• Address customer queries related to billing and overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Work closely with finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved cases to higher management.
• Provide reports on collection and renewal activities.
• Monitor accounts and initiate renewal actions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
