Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to pitch ISP products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored broadband/internet solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure high conversion rates by following up on leads and closing sales  efficiently.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with company services, pricing, and competitive market trends.
• Provide feedback to the management team about customer needs and market conditions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in the ISP or telecommunications 
   industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product offerings and explain them clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
