Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
• Maintaining record of Customers information.
• Maintain Quality Standards.
• Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
• Handling Emails, if required.
• Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion
• Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
• Computer literate.
• No targets only have to resolve the customer queries.
