Job Description:

1. Develop Growth Strategies & Plans
2. Strong professional network in aroma and speciality chemicals.
3. Lead Generation and Revenue Generation.
4. Awareness of Markets Geographically in India/Asia/Europe.
5. Good in negotiation and costing.
6. Knowledge of Products & Specifications.
7. Knowledge of customer and Regularity Audits.
8. Generating Sales Reports & Market Analysis Reports.
9. Strong understanding of the manufacturing process.
10. Maintain strong client relationships with existing customers and should add volume in order.
11. Expert in Branding & Business transactions.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for plan vs. actuals with respect to fixed orders and dispatch commitments.
