We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth in the high BF, high RCT kraft paper segment. With over 20 years of expertise and a strong national presence, our company is a leading manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality kraft paper solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the packaging or paper industry, and a strong network within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth for high BF, high RCT kraft paper, focusing on both new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with packaging manufacturers, corrugators, and converters, leveraging industry connections to generate new business.
Market Expansion: Strategically target new regions and industries to increase brand presence and market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring profitable transactions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Coordination & Operations: Work closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient payment collections.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the kraft paper, packaging, or paper manufacturing industry.
Strong network and existing relationships with key industry players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
