• Provide support for the AWS platform from 24*7 with extended and weekend support
• Perform incident and problem management
• Perform proactive preventative and perfective maintenance
• Capacity management
• Alert Management
• Patch Management
• Regular reporting and performance management
• Streamlined and controlled change management
• Perform operational acceptance and deployment
• Setup and configure the cloud management platform
• Perform managed services support
• Define reports on usage and performance and share regularly
• Cloud Management Platform

• Monitoring AWS resources
• Utilization Parameters
• System level reports
• Monitoring Network services
