National Credit Head - Higher Education Loans - International (15-25 yrs)

Job Description:

1. End to end completion of a transaction from pre-sanction to disbursement including interaction with promoters to understand credit needs, credit analysis, Company and Industry/Peer Analysis, Assessment of credit rating, financial modelling, risk assessment & mitigation thereof, preparation of credit notes, making suggestions for structuring of the deal, Finalization of term sheet and negotiation with clients, getting approvals internally and documentation.

2. Underwriting proposals for Higher Educational loans (International B2C).

3. Enrol Credit Processing agencies (CPAs), set processes & systems & monitor activities

4. Deliver credit assessment targets within the required TAT.

5. Undertaking portfolio study of the outstanding advances portfolio, Keeping delinquency under Control. Handling branch audit, concurrent audit, re-credit for pan India.

6. Regional credit managers and Credit managers will be reporting to this profile.
