What you ll do
Admin responsibility for India covers multiple tasks to be managed across India locations and includes Travel, Visa, Amex Cards, Office Boys management, Stationery, Events for partners, employees, routine administrative aspects like courier, printing etc, Mobile connections management and support the business that has very high volume.
It involves signing of various documents on behalf of company and approving invoices raised by the aforesaid vendors.
The resource will support the MD/CBO office for the events and the activities that needs to be managed for the company. The resource will also be assigned the task of Executive Assistant to the business leaders from India as required, Supporting organization and employees on Company car lease related processes.
Managing vendor handling company car lease. Getting quarterly/half yearly No-due certificates from vendors. Coordinating with other SAP entities in India to implement best practices.
What you bring
This role provides a lot of opportunity to learn and contribute in areas that directly impact the daily aspects of our employees in terms of availing administrative functions including travel, office management, car lease program, managing the events, and customer registrations, responsible for all of SAP Field India assets, engaging with GPO, GRF and IT and supporting all other administrative aspects for SAP India Field.
Keeping a watch on regulatory changes and discussing with the manager proactively to see the most effective, efficient, and compliant manner of incorporating changes into the processes Compliance to SAP policies. Ensuring timely vendor contract renewals. Expanding responsibilities into other areas of Administration.
