Summary

SAP Enterprise Cloud Service is a private cloud managed services provider. Within ECS Technical Operations, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analytics Consultant with reporting & analytics background. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, continuous improvement, performance analysis, and optimization

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As Data Analytics Consultant you are responsible for:

• Developing and implementing of reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.
• Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
• Developing best practices for system operations and management.

Preferred skills

• 8+ year work experience in administration and analytics
• 2+ year experience in service delivery in global teams
• Extensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel and working with large data sets.
• Basic hands-on experience in one or more analytical tools
• Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.

Nice to have

• ITIL Certification
• Power BI or any equivalent tools
• Project management experience
• Able to communicate successfully at different levels of the organization.
