Role & responsibilities

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP product in the area of FICO
• Analyzes and maps clients business requirements, processes and objectives;
• Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and fixing of bugs.
• Build credible relationship with clients, develop own professional learning of SAP products/ technologies and solutions
• Assists in internal activities - remote/ spot consulting, presales, prepare training materials and provide knowledge sharing sessions.
• Good analytical skills, results - oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
• Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner
• GL accounts
• Incoming/Outgoing payments
• Open Item Management
• Connection/Disconnection documents creation
• Write off
• Security deposits
• Dunning
• Deferrals & Instalment plans

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 4 to 13 yrs

Location - Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad
