What you can expect from the job

Post-training, the candidate will be involved in system administration, ensuring their optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities will also involve working closely with SAP BASIS team and various project teams to determine and build robust solutions across multiple SAP environments.

This position requires understanding of the SAP Products, SAP databases as well as hardware and operating systems.

SAP Basis administration and support, technical support, transport management and production support for SAP landscapes.

Assist in the Installation, configuration and maintenance of SAP systems and SAP products.

Collaborate with Technical IT team members on the design and build of the SAP system and infrastructure.

Troubleshooting and resolution of application and system errors.

Administration of the SAP database.

Document processes, procedures, and best practices.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Participate in on-call to ensure 24/7 operations of these critical systems.

Must-have skills/characteristics

0-1 Years of experience. SAP Basis Trained Fresher or SAP Basis Certified.

Basic understanding of system administration and networking.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.

Strong desire and ability to quickly learn, become competent and apply new skills.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

Other desirable skills/characteristics

SAP Basis related course completion.

SAP Basis Trained Fresher.

SAP Certification.

Willingness to travel domestic / international.

Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.
