SAP L1 Support Trainee (Freshers)

Job Title: Application Support executive Enterprise Applications.

Job Overview:

An application support executive will be the first point of contact for internal users who will provide first-level technical assistance to users who rely on our ERP systems

Troubleshoot common issues, assist users in navigating the ERP system, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to end-users for ERP application-related issues. Respond promptly to support tickets, emails, or phone calls to help resolve issues.
• Diagnose basic technical problems users encounter in ERP systems. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for minor issues.
• Help business users navigate the ERP system, guiding them on how to access features, enter data, generate reports, and perform routine tasks efficiently.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming support tickets. Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining clear communication with users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, business, and operations) to address and resolve user concerns effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  P#1: Bachelors degree in engineering (non-IT)
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, databases, or general IT concepts is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new technologies is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions or workarounds.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of enterprise application support. Willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes.
