Operations Manager(Females)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our study abroad operations. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a deep understanding of the study abroad domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
   
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of study abroad programs.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with international and organizational policies.
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Supervise and guide a team of counselors, coordinators, and support staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team growth.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
3. Client Interaction:
   
• Address escalations and ensure prompt resolution of student and parent concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
4. Strategic Planning:
   
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies.
• Implement initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and innovate processes accordingly.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Ensure proper documentation for applications, visas, and other processes.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and present to leadership.
6. Compliance and Coordination:
   
• Ensure adherence to university, embassy, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with international partners, universities, and visa offices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the study abroad or education sector.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
