As an Operations Executive / Computer Operator, you will be a vital member of our team, contributing significantly to the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

• Manage day-to-day office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Computer Operations:

• Proficiently utilize the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and data entry.
• Assist in data entry and report generation.

Client Communication:

• Interact with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong computer skills with a particular emphasis on the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
