Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate

the activities of our Media Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing social

media strategies, providing guidance on editing, collecting details from various departments,

and ensuring seamless collaboration across different media teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

○ Oversee the Media Teams day-to-day operations.

○ Guide and instruct team members on social media strategies and content editing.

2. Social Media Coordination:

○ Develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms.

○ Provide creative direction to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

○ Collect and organize information from various departments to ensure cohesive

media strategies.

○ Act as the point of contact between media teams and other organizational units.

4. Project Coordination:

○ Plan and execute media projects efficiently by coordinating with different media

teams.

○ Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

5. Team Development:

○ Train, mentor, and support team members in achieving their objectives.

○ Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance team

performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in media operations, social media management, or a related

role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content editing tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
