Sr. Full Stack Dev - Integration - Tech Lead

Our Team:

To ease and speed our Quality Assurance process, SANOFI has deployed a new QMS (called QualiPSO) based on Veeva Quality Suite. This QualiPSO product is highly integrated into our SANOFI systems landscape.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team who will be our Integration Tech Lead to develop and maintain our integration landscape mainly based on IICS (Informatica Cloud).

Main responsibilities:

• Be the Technical lead & reference on all QualiPSO IICS integrations : existing or new ones.
• Based on user requirements and Architecture Design document for new or updated integration : Assess, perform impact analysis, detail design the IICS process, develop, and maintain integration between QualiPSO & partners systems.
• Understand and respect company integration guidelines
• Making sure you & the integration team follow the shared guidelines, coach and support the team
• Collaborate with partners, QualiPSO team, and solution architects to design and implement solutions.
• Document required specifications or any other agreed documentations in Jira & Confluence or other mentioned tool. (specification, delivery slip, installation procedure, other integration team procedure)
• Follow GxP rules / guidelines.
• Perform internal code reviews of the integration team deliveries
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards of the entire integration team.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Participate & report in team meetings and agile ceremonies.
• Deploy the code into our Validation or Production environments, and execute/support the Installation Qualification verification
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Assess integration s risk and appropriate remediation which will be the supporting outcome for the integration s testing strategy

Requirements:

• Strong capacity to analyze & design integration
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Team lead capacity which include assessing and planning future activities in addition to ensure proper follow-up on daily activity
• Understanding of main application of information system application (ERP, LIMS, QMS, CMS,etc)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Skills to analyses issues and debugging approach for individual or team activities
• Operating System Scripting skills
• Understanding DevOps deliveries
• Database Management and SQL Language basic knowledge (Select, Update, Delete, Join)
• Understanding of network basic components (firewall, dns, proxy, router), and network data exchange procotol (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, CFT, API,, etc)

Understanding of user management through active directory (objects, groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LifeScience and Process Manufacturing
• Experience with IICS (More specifically with Platform, CAI and CDI modules)
• Experience with DevOps delivery and the use of IICS DevOps tools, GitHub tool, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with Integrating with/from Veeva solutions
• Experience with Application to Application integration
• Experience with the use of Snowflake (Querying Snowflake data)
• Experience with the use of Amazon S3 bucket
• Experience with GAMP
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Fluent spoken and written English
