Our Team:

Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and RD, Data Digital functions. SGH strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.

Main responsibilities:

The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:

Partner with US Pricing and Contracting team to provide analytics and reporting solutions. This involves but not limited to data organization, report generation and validation.

• People: (1) Collaborate with US pricing leads to consult the value and access and HEVA business partners to determine model requirements; (2) Collaborate with US pricing stakeholders to liaise external vendors supporting any pricing analytics/ reporting work and will be accountable for any development and validation required; (3) Interact with external vendors

• Performance: (1) Compile and organize data meticulously to create an accurate master file (2) creating market share reports and appending (3) Develop and test an upload tool for seamless RMUS submissions. Provide clear documentation (4) Create and validate reports to identify necessary data adjustments (5) Use advanced Excel skills to create and analyse pivot tables for Mainline and Vaxelis products. Prepare insightful reports based on these tables (6) Design and upload tools to integrate data into system effectively. Ensure reports are formatted consistently and tabs are renamed for clarity (7) Modify file names to reflect the current payout period and manage versions appropriately

• Process: (1) Accountable to develop processes and templates to meet requirements and deliverables for US pricing standards; (2) Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards; (3) Secure adherence to comparative efficacy analysis guidelines and protocols; (4) Ensure creating and developing tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity

• Stakeholder: (1) Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement; and (2) Partner with HEVA, Real World Evidence, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access global or local teams, and interact effectively with external advisors

About you

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in pricing analytics/business analytics/reporting solutions/data management.
• Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Must have Technical skills:
  • Detailed oriented - Ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks
  • Eager to learn - Show proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills
  • Strong Excel skill - Utilize advanced Excel features for data management and reporting
• Good to have skills:
  • Vaccines and payment experience
  • System experience like revenue manager and database
  • MicroStrategy experience
• Education: Advanced degree in health economics, pharma, statistics, engineering
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
