This is a very hands-on role

Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as an Intune Administrator, managing enterprise-level environments
Major role includes providing Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms
(Android & iOS) Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including integration with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications
Good understanding in Intune Reports & Endpoint analytics and Microsoft Defender Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform
Good knowledge of application packaging and MSI technologies
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
Provide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues
Coordinate project activities across customers, vendors and teams (Cloud, Server, Network etc
)
Handles escalation calls, escalated by L1\L2 team
Technical Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of industry experience in technical support role supporting MS Intune
Mnium 5-6 years of Intune support experience
Experience with design and implementation of MS Intune infrastructure Experience working with security teams to plan and implement security/device management policies
Expertise with troubleshooting MS Intune related issues
Required Skills: 8+years experience in Intune with an excellent track record of delivering high quality services
Bachelors degree in computer science Extensive experience working on complex platforms and systems deployed both on premises and in the cloud
Well versed with Intune management platform Sound knowledge of device management and related technologies
Administration of IOS, Android, Device Management systems and other infrastructure systems
Maintenance and communication of existing, new, and evolving support practices, knowledge base articles and documentation Identifying and implementing process improvements Resolves escalations from the IT Service Desk and other IT support teams Fully participate on the assigned committee team from the start of the support development phase until the final score setting
Add richness to the content by offering first-hand field knowledge that can be shared with others to improve knowledge on automation
