Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

The ideal candidate would be taking care of our customer requirements at these locations. These include day to day supply requirement discussions and coordination, meeting up with customer representatives on regular basis to have reviews on supplies, quality and development related activities. Ensuring proper coordination with the Manufacturing Plant and the concerned teams to ensure that the customer satisfaction is being maintained.


  • Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints or issues promptly.
    • Capability to assess the issues and handle the customer in a professional manner.
    • Preparing Issue Reports and sending to the Plant Quality Team with all observations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products or services.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
    • Ensure regular visits to the customer location to understand the issues and difficulties that they are facing and how we can work with them to solve their issues.
  • Order Processing:
    • Coordinate and process customer orders in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
    • Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile :


  • Educational Qualification:
    • Diploma or BE Graduate.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience in OEM customer service or coordination roles.
    • Handled OEM customers for supplies and quality.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Proven ability to identify and solve customer problems.
    • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Team Player:
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • MS Office & Teams
    • Preparing Excel Reports
