MIS Retail - Executive/ Sr. Executive

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Data Management and Integrity

- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across all existing stores.
- Regular audits and validation of store data.

2. Reporting and Analytics

- Developing and maintaining regular sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Providing actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making.

3. System Management and Improvement

- Overseeing the performance and reliability of the MIS.
- Implementing system upgrades and enhancements.

4. Support and Training

- Providing training and support to store staff on data entry and reporting systems.
- Ensuring user adoption and proficiency with MIS tools.

5. Compliance and Security

- Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Implementing best practices for data privacy and protection.

6. Coordination and Communication

- Liaising between stores and headquarters to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
- Coordinating with IT and other departments for system-related needs.
