Mis Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and experience in managing and supporting a sales force team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support our sales operations and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.

Excel Expertise:

Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.

Analyze data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.

Automate repetitive tasks using Excel to improve efficiency.

Sales Force Support:

Provide data and analytical support to the sales force team.

Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and KPIs.

Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting.

Reporting:

Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to management and sales teams.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights clearly and concisely.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales force team to understand their data needs and provide timely support.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure data consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a strong focus on data management and analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.

Experience in supporting and collaborating with a sales force team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a commitment to data integrity.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools is a plus.

Knowledge of other data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
