Jr. Executive (Quality Assurance)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw milk for organoleptic properties, MBRT, adulteration, and chemical composition using approved methods.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure timely data entry into ERP systems.
• Prepare working and standard solutions and analyze CIP chemical strengths as per schedule.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (Gerber centrifuge, pH meter, etc.) as per guidelines.
• Supervise worker hygiene and plant/equipment sanitization during milk collection.
• Analyze and document water and CIP chemical strength results.
• Monitor incoming vehicle hygiene and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Manage laboratory operations, including reagent preparation, equipment upkeep, and calibration.
• Ensure adherence to GLP, good documentation practices, and SOPs during all operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 3 years of experience in testing of Milk & Milk Products / Food or Processed Products.
• Knowledge in handling of equipment like Gerber centrifuge, Hot air Oven, pH meter, Weighing balance.
• Knowledge in basic computer applications-MS office, MS Excel.
• Mandatory: Having 2-wheeler and valid driving license / LLR
