Production Executive

Job description:

Cilicant Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the effective implementation of quality processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure that the machines are working as per the production plan in consultation with the production In-charge /head.

2. To ensure manpower for all production and packing, sealing, material filling and housekeeping in coordination with production engineer.

3. To meet daily production related target by assisting the production team.

4. To ensure all activities are carried out as per the QMS and GMP requirements.

5. To ensure proper safety of man and production.

6. To ensure no cross contamination / product mixing happen in production line

7. To keep track of manpower attendance and to communicate any absentees to production head.

8. To create list of change parts and consumables required on production machine and track its min/max level. Inform HOD in time for reordering of the same.

9. To assist in the preventive maintenance plan and to ensure that the schedule is followed.

10. To communicate and co-ordinate with the maintenance team in case of any machine breakdown.

11. To follow the 5S, safety protocol while discharging the production duties

12. To communicate any disciplinary issues and quality related deviation to production head.

13. To assist in any factory related activities as and when required by the HOD.

Other Requirements

• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Wagholi, Pune, or nearby areas.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
