Executive Quality Assurance IPQA

Job description:

Cilicant Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the effective implementation of quality processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):

• Monitor and ensure compliance with IPQA processes during manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Conduct routine checks on in-process materials, including sampling and testing as per predefined procedures.

GMP Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to GMP standards throughout production and packaging.
• Participate in internal audits to identify and resolve deviations from

GMP.AQI and AICOA Monitoring:

• Oversee the identification and reporting of any AQI (Alert Quality Issues) and AICOA (Acceptable In-Control Outliers Approach).
• Support teams in addressing and resolving issues to maintain quality integrity.

Product Sampling and Analysis:

• Coordinate product sampling activities for quality control and regulatory requirements.
• Perform data analysis for quality evaluation and improvement initiatives.

QMS Implementation:

• Assist in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) documentation, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
• Support the training of personnel on quality processes and procedures.

Packing Material Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and verify the quality of packaging materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with procurement and vendors to resolve packing material-related issues.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns effectively.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and trend analysis for management review.
• SKU Management:
• Ensure quality compliance for multiple SKUs by implementing efficient monitoring systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, preferably with IPQA exposure.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in handling Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Other Requirements

• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Wagholi, Pune, or nearby areas.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
