Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, have worked in an ERP environment. the candidate should be able to support the CEO in driving business growth and profitability.

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Align financial strategies to meet the business goals of the company.

2. Financial Management: Smooth running of financial operations including cash flows, budgeting, forecasting, financial reports and MIS.

3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risks.

4. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, company laws, and accounting standards.

5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

6. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

7. Fund Raising: Raise funds from various sources at minimum cost for both working capital and capex requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).

2. Experience: Minimum 18 to 20 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

3. Age: Around 45 Years.

4. Industry Experience: Experience in dairy/Food Processing or any manufacturing industry is desirable.

5. Skills: Strong financial management skills, excellent leadership and communication skills. The candidate should have passion for data analysis and provide actionable inputs.
