Project Manager

Role:

We are on the lookout for an experience Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in scaled agile with preferred certified SAFe Scrum Master
• Using SAFe and agile Metrics to drive the flow efficiency of the teams and enabling faster quality outcomes
• Ensure adherence to Guardrails
• Ensuring that the delivery of outputs or services meets programme requirements to the appropriate quality, on time and within budget
• Experience in Delivering complex projects, especially on Release Governance for Agile Deliveries
• Coaching teams on agile ways of working and motivating to be agile but follow standards.

Required Skill Set:

• Should have handled large projects around 50 + resources
• Customer management Vendor management
• Good communication skills to work with Senior management.
• Meeting delivery timelines and Cost management.
• PMP certified would be preferred one.
• Overall IT experience around 15 to 18 years of experience.
