Sales Executive- Aftermarket Sales (Hisar, Haryana)

JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE- AFTERMARKET SALES

LOCATION: Hisar, Haryana

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To achieve the desired sales target for the complete state
• Timely Collection as per commercial terms of company
• To carry out promotional activities in order to enhance the market reach to retailers & Mechanics & First trade level dealership
• To enhance the customer satisfaction by providing the quality product and services to customer
• To increase the customer base by building effective customer relationship

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Payment Collection, Network Development and Dealer Handling of Spare Parts Product (Brake Pad, Auto Suspension, Wiring Harness etc)
• To generate the enquiries from the retailers, Mechanics & End users
• To provide timely and accurate forecast and have close interactions with SCM and planning for timely execution of customer orders
• To develop new dealers/ create sub dealers network in the area/ region to enhance sale.
• Technical Discussion, Commercial Negotiation, and close the order under the Technical and Commercial policy of the company
• To maintain the relationship with Corporate Client, End User, \Distributers, Contractors, Consultants, OEMs and panel builders
• To travel to customer/ dealer location as and when required and should have his own vehicle

Required skill sets & competencies

• Experience of handling Auto suspension systems, rear view mirrors, cables, brake parts, filters or any other PC/2W/CV spare parts sales & Marketing.
• Understanding of Product Application
• Able to build long lasting relationship with clients and potential clients
• Able to use time management tools effectively
• Geographical area knowledge
• Presentation Skills

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

B. Tech / Diploma /Bsc/BCom(Any Discipline) with minimum 3/6 years of relevant experience in Automobile industry
