Position: Product Manager

Profile Summary

• Expertise in managing entire product lifecycle, from inception to release, resulting in cutting-edge solutions.
• Proven expertise in commercializing mobile software products (App/Services) in India/US/Global Market
• Experience of collaborating with Partners for their service integration, Partner contract and terms negotiation
• In-depth competitor analysis for feature discovery of products.
• Expertise in data discovery, risk and quality assessment for the mobile software product
• Comprehensive knowledge of India-specific data protection laws for user privacy & security.

Mandatory Skills and Competencies:

• Skilled at authoring product requirements documents (PRDs) for Products
• Expertise in Microsoft tools such as excel/charts, word, power point for effective data visualization.
• Experience in agile methodologies within software development environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Efficient stakeholder management across external partners including vendors, and internal teams such as

Marketing, Sales, Technical, Testing, and UX.

• Proficient in high-level technical discussions with R&D members.

Preferable Skills:
• Experience in commercialization/handling products related with Healthcare (Mobile applications/services)

• Experience in working on wearables such as Smart watches and Healthcare accessories
• Experience in working on health research projects with medical practitioners/doctors/partners

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for Samsung products, aligning them with the broader business goals.
• Conducting user studies and surveys to assess feature usability while analysing risks and suggesting improvements

for both the feature and the overall product.

• Proactively identifying potential collaborators or partners to explore new products and services.
• Establishing the minimum viable product (MVP) and formulating a strategic roadmap for the product.
• Determining key performance indicators for product success and generating SWOT analysis reports.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure

Smooth execution throughout the product development process.

• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, such as MAU/WAU, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, to

make data-driven decisions and optimize the user experience.
