Product Manager Heathcare

Product Manager at Adani Healthcare will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of enterprise scale Digital Healthcare Products. The role requires a strategic leader with 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, who can drive innovation, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure the success of healthcare products. Experience:

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in Product Management within the Healthcare Provider industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Digital Healthcare and well-being products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, workflows, and challenges.
• Experience in working on telehealth, HIMS, EHR, EMR, LIMS, Patient monitoring and Clinical products
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies
• Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve end to end healthcare product development goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and management of healthcare products in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Drive product innovation and development initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver cutting-edge healthcare Product and solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product management strategies.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, wireframe & design, and documentation.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement
• Work closely with engineering, operations and services teams to ensure seamless product development, test, launch, and post-launch support.
• Measure and evaluate product performances, user behavior, Customer Satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and performance optimizations.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare technology providers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to drive product success
• Technical Skills
• In-depth understanding of healthcare industry trends in digital healthcare solutions, well-ness, Hospital management, and regulations
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, Figma, Miro, Mixpanel etc.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare product development and lifecycle management.
