RESPONSIBILTIES

To be responsible of stock management in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines and procedures

• He must oversee all fabric on his own.
• Provide the merchandiser all of the fabric by himself.
• Maintain all of the trimmings and fabric.
• Updating all data on Tally for raw material received and assigned
• Optimising the returns received data and analysing returns.
• Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
• Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the corporate procedures.
• Organise, manage and perform the products' counting and the raw material stock takes.
• Guarantee the returns, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensure the security and cleaning of the stock facility.

• Timely handling of raw material requirements
• Timely informing of delivery and availability of raw material to relevant teams

Passionate about working for a startup that is working with a purpose

Experience with D2C and knowledge of receiving returns

Deep understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Some knowledge and know how of women's clothing. How to measure outfits is a plus.
