Role & responsibilities

Candidate should be Graduate with experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track - pre shipment to post shipment- until arrival at destination and also all import / export documentation . Should coordinate effectively with all departments & ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels. The candidate will be responsible for Maintaining and updating customer records, generating and passing sales leads , manifest and data updation in the ERP system .
