Job Description


Job Title: Manager Corporate Sales


We are looking for a results-oriented Manager - Corporate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team while also contributing as an individual contributor (IC) to achieve organizational sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, team management, and sales strategy execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure they meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals through both team efforts and personal contributions.
  • Individual Contribution: Actively engage in sales activities, including client acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals for the team, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and organize training sessions to enhance their capabilities and productivity.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies to stay competitive.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and present sales forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 2 years in a team management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets as both an IC and team leader.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Lusha Apollo or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to balance individual sales efforts with team management responsibilities effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client and team engagements.
